My Story
Hi, I’m so glad you’re here. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but it’s a powerful first step toward understanding yourself and creating the change you want. I work with teens (15+), young adults, and adults who are struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, and life transitions.
Many of the people I meet feel pressure to meet expectations — from family, school, work, or even themselves. Some are first-generation college students or professionals learning to balance cultural values with independence, while others are simply tired of feeling stuck or not “enough.” No matter your story, my goal is to offer a space where you can breathe, reflect, and feel seen for who you are.
As a Mexican-American clinician, I understand how cultural identity, family dynamics, and lived experience shape the way we view ourselves and move through the world. My style is supportive, collaborative, and grounded in genuine care. Together, we’ll use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness to help you manage anxiety, shift unhelpful thoughts, and strengthen your sense of self-worth.
Whether you’re a teen figuring out who you are, a young adult navigating new responsibilities, or an adult learning to prioritize your mental health — this space is for you.
I offer in-person and virtual sessions, with sliding scale options to make therapy more accessible. You don’t have to figure things out alone — I’m here to help you find calm, clarity, and confidence in your journey.
